Please note: CDL drivers are ineligible to participate in the East Baton Rouge Parish traffic diversion program. If you are a CDL driver and you participate in the program, your money will not be refunded and the State of Louisiana will consider participation as a violation of CDL requirements. In order to participate in the Driver Improvement Program, you must have received a letter from the Office of the District Attorney. This course is offered as a pretrial diversion option for select drivers that receive a citation in the 19th Judicial District.
